Do you have a Trade Program?

When is the product I want coming back in stock ?

Except for limited production products, if the product is out of stock and viewed by the customer, it is remanufactured. and will be supplied and added to stocks as soon as possible. For more information, you can contact support@qaghann.com

Do you have a showroom?

We do not currently have a showroom. We plan to turn part of our pillow manufacturing workshop into a small showroom soon. We will let you know about this soon.

Do you fulfill custom orders?

Yes, we do your special orders. It is possible for all our customers to participate in the special order program. Do you send pillow filling material?

Yes, we send the pillow filling material. We will not charge money for this. However, since it increases the shipping costs, we only charge you for the shipping fee.

What is the best way to clean my ikat pillows?

Brief information about our pillows. Our products are completely hand woven. It is produced using madder. For this reason, the maintenance and cleaning of our products is recommended as dry cleaning only. You can find detailed information about the production of fabrics on ourManifacturing page

I spilled something on my pillow. What now?

In case anything spills on your pillow.
1. Pour white soap onto the stained area with an absorbent cloth and rub gently.
2.Then pour baby powder on the stain.
3.Put the absorbent cloth on the powder.
4.Iron the cloth with your steam iron for 4-5 minutes.
5.The stain will come off.

I tried all these and there was no stain. ?

As Qaghann, we attach great importance to customer satisfaction. In order not to cause you any upset, we send you a new one for your stained products with a 40% discount valid for once. When will my order ship?

How do I cancel an order?

When we receive an order, we manufacture the product from scratch for you. We process this according to the density of the production line. We estimate that we will start production within 6 hours at the latest. We accept full refund requests received within this time frame and return them on the same day.

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it completely for any reason, fill out the return form and initiate a return. The link for the return form is at the bottom of the text. You can access it with just one click.

If you placed an order and would like to exchange it for another pillow, please fill out the returns form and submit a return request. Add your new selection in the specified area. and confirm the return request. by replacing your order with your new selection on the same day. We will deliver it to the cargo. Why did you ship my pillow folded? Doesn't that damage the rug?

Sending the products folded does not cause any damage to the products. There is a fold mark on the products that arrive folded. This is never damage. When the filling material is added, the folding mark disappears. If you wish, you can remove this mark by ironing.

What's your return policy?

Qaghann is founded on offering entirely handmade products. First of all, we hope you are satisfied with the products you purchased.

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can initiate a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your entire order. All returned items must be unused and unwashed.

Our return policy offers two options.

Option 1 - Get store credit. When you use this option, if your return is approved, you will be charged 10% of the return fee as a return fee and an extra bonus. This credit is only valid for Qaghann.com. Return and shipping costs are covered by the customer.

​Option 2 - Get a full refund. When you use this option. If the return is approved, a full refund will be made to your original payment method and the refund will be completed. Return and shipping costs are covered by the customer.


To be eligible for a refund, all returned products must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, retain all original tags and be in a salable condition.

The returned product(s) will be examined by our team when they return to our warehouse. Taxes will be refunded in accordance with state law and refunds will be refunded to the original method of payment.

There is a problem with my order

As Qaghann, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case of a defect in the product, please contact us via the help assistant within 7 days after receipt. Our defective products are entirely our responsibility. It will be replaced with a new one.

The return shipping fee of defective and damaged products is completely covered by Qaghann.com. Defective products are donated.

Return shipping costs of undamaged products will be covered entirely by the customer.

Apart from this, you will not encounter any extra costs.

When can I expect my refund?

First of all, the Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn and all original labels must be preserved and in a salable condition.

When we receive the returned products, the product or products are examined by our experts. If your return is approved, we will pay your return fee within the same business day. We will send you a receipt showing that the return fee has been paid.

The next process is entirely between the Bank and the Payment system.
